GDI+ beginner

I want to use GDI + in my project for

1.0 Antialiased drawing of some figures, and
2.0 Saving the Device context or plot on view to the image files say bmp and jpg

For the purpose of same, kindly guide me
1.0 where to start?
2.0 What should be available with me?
3.0 What will be the dependency in developing as well as in deploying?
4.0 any tutorial meeting my requirements....
5.0 Your suggesttion, comments
