hi ,

SCM
-----
For any organization there will be list of suppliers (of raw materials ) . When to order the raw materials , depend upon lot of factors. In modern IT driven world, it can be ordered Just in time (JIT). For this , companys need to buy software modules which will aid them in managing the chain of suppliers. it includes logistics etc. SCM is a suite of business software which will help an organization to manage the procurement of materials from a list of suppliers in a most effective manner.

CRM
-----
CRM stands for Customer Relationship management. After sales support , Help desk , Toll free numbers for customer support and mechanisms which companies ensure brand loyality etc. To manage such activities u need supporting software . There comes the relevance of CRM software modules

ERP
-----
Modern day business corporations span continents . As such administration of organization needs to be done with information at the finger tips of the manager. Besides there is need for integration of finance, marketing , sales , purchase , Suppliers , HR activities to achieve an organization's goals. ERP is a suite of business modules which will enable corporations to run business in smooth and efficient manner. ( At least in Theory )
