disable script debugging check box

By default, disable script debugging check box is checked. But many times, when I went to some sites, it automacatically unchecks the box. As a result, I always get error message box popped up. I developed some webpages and some parts of my pages (using .js ) could not be shown because of the "disable script debugging check box" unchecked. Please tell me if I can write code (javascript) to automatically check the disable script debugging check box every time when users visit my page.
