Print problem in Crystal Reports from MAS90

I have a problem with a computer running XP. MAS90 has print routines which call up Crystal Reports. On 1 computer only, it will not print. The report will run, but freeze when it starts printing the report, prior to outputting the first line. If I then go into Crystal reports manually, it will print. I have no way of knowing what the problem is, since it does not give an error message, just stops responding. I'd appreciate any ideas.
