Ethernet Kernel Driver

Hello !

first, sorry if my question is not posted on the good topic.

I am coding an apllication running on embedded dos system. And I need to use TCP/IP communication.I know that I need a packet driver I found for my eth board. But I still need an ethernet kernel on top of the packet driver (like ethdrv.exe from FTP software). Can anyone help me to find it ?
