Passing default Parameter Range

I am using the Crystal Report 8 Report Viewer Control and I would like to be able to pass default values to a Parameter Range. I only want to default the values, thus when the user goes into the report these values are present, however should the user wish to change them they have the ability on the Parameter entry screen.
