Dialog controls, Layout "Space Evenly"

Anyone know why when working with a dialog in Visual Studio 2002 some of the layout options don't work?

If I select two controls on my dialog, the first half of the layout button are enabled (align tops, align left, etc.) but the last half concerning the spacing of the controls are never enabled.

I'm running 2002 Version 7.0.9492.

I'm running 2002 Version 7.0.9492.From what I have found, it takes 3 slected items to activate the "center" vert/horiz layout buttons

My appologies, I should have stated 2 or more. I'm selecting more than two.

Not sure about VC7 but this is how it works on VC6, maybe someone else has a solution..sorry.
