someone say that a graphic is coded in the disk operating system is easy to watch then anyother environment ,but i cannot fine the exact difference ,and we just have a lot of software for drawing ,such as flash and dreamwave and something like ,so why we bother a lot to get a draw in the vc++ or other versions
what the exact difference ? can anyone help?
