I am working with Crystal Reports v9 and Peachtree 2004 Manufacturing.
I have two companies, Company1 and Company2 and would like to link the databases from both companies to pull their purchases. Both DDF files have the same tables and the same fields. IS THERE A WAY TO DO THIS? IF SO PLEASE HELP IN DETAIL? I ask for detail as I am quite new to Crystal Reports but am learning. Thank You. The set-up info is listed below.
I have made a report "Purchases" in company1. It is set-up as follows:
C:\Peachw\company1\file.DDF as the location
There are 4 tables, Company, JrnlHdr, JrnlRow, LineItem, and Vendors, and they are linked as below:
Company (no links)
JrnlHdr PostOrder is linked to JrnlRow PostOrder
JrnlRow ItemRecordNumber is linked to LineItem ItemRecorNumber

rnlRow VendorRecorNumber is linked to Vendor VendorRecordNumber
