Hi all,
How to get bandwidth of our system for downloads, uploads etc. using Win32 APIs?

You don't.

There are methods of retrieving the link speed of your LAN via API's, but that's not bandwidth.

In order to determine the speed of a connection from A to B, you must be transferring data back and forth from A to B. You must then measure the amount of data you successfully receive in x number of seconds, do some division, and whala you have x number of kb/s.

I got what you said - it is rate of data transfer, not actually my computer's available vs used bandwidth. But checkout

What they have given here in the above sofware, is NOT Bandwidth, going by our definition. Am I Right?
