Prevent Email attcahments being sent.

Hello all,
I require to disable sending email attachments from a users computer. It could be sent from any email client like Yahoo, Outlook, hot mail, anything....Does anyone have experience in that? Your help will be highly appreciated.

Can it be done through IE settings?

No, that's not possible in general.
You need to write a specific version for each program and this will only work when that program supports some kind of automation like Outlook does.
