Hi,
I have an application that connects to a remote site using a dial-up connection. It was all tested and worked both with internal and external modems, but on Win9x and Win2000. Recently I've installed WinXP on my computer and now lineMakeCall returns LINEERR_BEARERMODEUNAVAIL. The problem is that the same code, with the same modem (External 56K Faxmodem) and same settings works just fine on Win98 and Win2000. I was wondering if there can be a problem with the service packs or something. I have WinXP with Service Pack 1, and the application is compliled with Visual Studio 6.0 with Service Pack 6.
Any kind of help is appreciated.
