how can i fix the no of rows per page

1.I have created the crystal report successfully. But my doubt is in alignment. i have the fields siteid, sitename, date, voltage.I no need to print siteid and sitename in multiple times.so i cliked the check box suppress if duplicated, the check box suppress if blank section. But siteid and sitename is not duplicated but for that space is coming. how can i suppress blank spaces between the two rows?

2.how can i print the monthly report in weekwise? that means i want to print one week in one page?
for eg.
i got the April month report. i want to print first week report in first page, 2nd week report in 2nd page like that.
so how can i write formula for the same?

please suggest me.
