I know Windows, especially NT/2000, do not permit it, but I would like to know at least at which address it is. All the documentation available is only about DOS.
I mean not video of an application, but video of the monitor.

You cannot access it.
Use OpenGL or Direct3D or similar API to get fast graphics on Windows.

I know it, but I want to know the address of the process. Even inaccessible areas have their own memory address range.
