How to increase screen resolution

Hai Friend's

How can i increase the resolution of screen by executing
a program in TC++ 3.0.

I don't wanna use any predefined graphic function available
in graphics.h

I want to increase the resolution of my screen to 1024 & 768
pixels and i want to use 256 colors.

How it's possible by writing a prg in TC++.

I know we can do it by writing low level programming and using
interrupts.

But, how?
Pls help me
