VBScript Request.BinaryRead() problem

I was hoping someone could help me with a problem I'm having.

I am making an online data storage site using ASP VBScript. The problem is with the uploading section. It seems that when I upload a file greater than about 200KB, Request.BinaryRead() raises the error 'Unknown Error'. Any files uploaded that are less than about 200KB upload fine.

I've made certain that I'm not Requesting any form data before calling BinaryRead(), so I'm pretty sure that's not the problem.

Is there some sort of cap on the amount of data that can be uploaded at once? Did anyone else have this problem?

I am currently using a modified version of Jacob Gilley's FileUploader class for the uploading. I'll post part of the code below. If anyone can help me out I'd be very appreciative.
