Hi, I am learning the Speech technology SALT. I know it is based on MS Windows operating system, but I would like to deploy it on Linux machine. I just want to know the feasibility of this way.
Based on my mind, SALT is just a kind of tag, which is intepretd by clients' browers. As server, its resposibility is making responding to client, actually, it just send the html stream to clients. As for the client, the user have to use MS IE which supports SALT.
Above is my opinion about deploying SALT application on Linux. I would like to hear your idear about it.
Thanks.
