GDI+: How do I use an outlined font?

I am trying to use fonts that are outlined: each character (white f.i.) should have a line around it (black). So far I have found no information on this subject for GDI+.
The goal is to have readable text overlays, regardless of the underlying image color.

Can someone give me a hint?
