Dotay's business needs have required the most effective use of all resources (especially financial) tht is possible.

A result of this is the current trend towards out-sourcing. As a professional who has over 25 years experience I can confidently state that this is a blessing and a curse to the top level managers who need to "meet the bottom line".

If you hire a "permanent" employee for a project, then what do you do after the project is complete???

If you outsource the entire development process, then how do you support it for its entire life cycle???

If you go off=shore (sorry here I am very centric and mean non-US), what will your results be. [side node contact me directly for more information on this subject, I have a "decision matrix" that was developed in conjunction with 4 "Fortune 500" companies on this issue!!]
