How can i pun an application form under desktop icons?

Hy,

How can i pun an application form under desktop icons but before the wallpaper so that i can see my application running but still be able to acces the desktop icons. Like empty recycle bin or so?

Any ideea?

I don't think it's possible (thank god) unless you're willing to emulate the desktop icons ontop of your form.

You can create a webpage as the background and the icons will be over that. Longhorn may support this because of its XML application language (whatever it's called), but I wouldn't hold my breath.
