Some Word guru help me please:

I want to left-justify a portion of a line, and right-justify another portion of the same line. This is on a resume.

Example: In this line:
IBM, New York City, NY 2001-2003

I want to left-justify "IBM, New York City, NY" and right-justify "2001-2003"

This has to be possible but I can't figure out how to do it without making tables (tables will mess up the format of the resume).

Help?

Here's the easiest way to do it:

Go to page layout view. Near the top left of the window there is an L-shaped figure (when you hover it will say Left Tab). Click it twice so it becomes a backward L (Right Tab). Click on the right-most part of the horizontal ruler above the page to place a Right Tab on it. Now type
"IBM, New York City, NY[tab]2001-2003", and that should work.

Note that I am using Word 97 for this method... I would assume that it is exactly the same or very similar for other versions.
