Where is NTLDR

There is FAT32 in primary partition in a hard disk(C: ) and NTFS in (F: ).
boot.ini is in C:
Where is NTLDR stored by default?
please help....

NTLDR should be in the root directory of your primary hard drive.
It is a hidden system file so you have to make sure you are setup to view these files to see it in explorer.

From DOS/CMD promt, change to root directory and type "dir NTLDR /ahrs" to see it.
