I'm looking for a dedicated partner to develop joint venture concerning to Software developing/outsourcing. I want to organize in Russia a full production cycle of the Software development and seek for partner(s) able to populate in the USA all marketing initiatives, collect business requirements, deal with financial and legal issues while concluding contracts, and manage client relationships.
