I downloaded netscape and I could install it but I could make it work, I dont know why, i downloaded it again but it still didnt work, why ?

Perhaps it would be helpfull if you provided some basic information.

Like what version of netscape you downloaded, and what system you are trying to install it on.
What you did to install it, and what caused you to think it's not working.
