Html to txt conversion

I have a html file with all html format (like table, tr, td tags) I want to convert the file to a txt file with out loosing the format. Means want to keep the look and feel how it looks in the web browser.
Are there any tools or APIs which I convert html to txt.
Is there anyway to do it.
Please have a look at the attachments(html and txt).
How to achieve this txt file which has same format of html
Any help is appreciated.
