Hello!
I have the following problem:
after downloading and installing the SCBase.exe (Smart card base components) I see it as Service. But this new service ("Smart Card Resource Manager") can't be started. (Even after rebooting after the installation process.)
It always shows the following error message: "Error 1068: The dependency service or group failed to start."
Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
[OS: Windows NT 4 SP6]
