How Do I Copy and Paste A Pic?

hi guys....i need u help...can u guys try to help me to c how can i use a mouse and then copy and paste a picture from my application to the window using MFC/C++? for example..i got pic1(image) in my gallery(which is my application) den i just click on the pic1 and drag it to a normal window folder and release the mouse the pic will b copy and paste in the window folder as well....

need u guys help alot...thanks in advances...
