How can I distribute copies of my custom Microsoft Access applications to all users, whether or not they have Access installed on their computers.

U should have Access

But if u are using some other language like vb/vc u can those applications with ado drivers

At a minimum each client needs to have the same MDAC that you developed your apps in.
