Quovix is looking for freelance java web developers to be part of a telecommuting project team.

The Quovix client has a almost continuous stream of enhancement and bug-fix requests to their web-based CRM package. This could be a "full time" job for a person or an enhancement-by-enhancement gig for a group of Quovix developers who like doing quick hit projects. In addition to bug fixes, we will also have a steady stream of new development projects on the same platform.

We will form a team with all qualified developers. New enhancement requests will flow to the team to decide who will do the work. Initially, there are 20 or so "quick hit" project requests that we will identify.

Quovix will pay an hourly rate for the work and will provide a complete software development kit to setup the development environment. A process will be in place to make sure that all team members have a chance to do work if they are interested.

Quovix will provide oversite for the team and help make decisions if the team can't. Quovix will manage the relationship with the customer and will answer any questions the team might have about the work.

Platform environment: Java, Tomcat, Struts, JavaSpaces, Versant OODB

Interested developers should express their interest on Quovix's website:
