why "server busy" keeps show when I open IE

my OS: Windows2000 professional. and I have installed .net framework.
today When i open my internet explorer to open a website, when i click on the hyperlink, then a message box show:
i have attached the MessageBox.
and why.
this has happened to my vc++.net project before, when I defined a function use the classwizard.

AFAIK that message means a COM server is currently either in a critical section or showing a modal window and cannot service COM requests. Are you using the googlebar or other IE plugins? (may want to check for spyware as well)
