My startup screen got sick ????

I dont know why but when I power up my PC, sometimes it s so big- consume the whole screen but sometimes so small (normal)...
What s happening inside ? Do you know ?

Rightclick on the desktop background, select properties, and go the the desktop tap, there you can select your backgrond,
