I'd like to ask if there is any way to know the correctness of email or website around the web,when the user enter his/her email, or website.

Yes it is possible, with the MX properties...
I don't know what is the code in aspx, but if you want to have it in php you can go to www.nexen.net -> script
There is example on it to check email in PHP
