Add/Remove Programs

When I activate the Add/Remove Icon I get a dialog:
"An unexpected error occurred.

Class not registered

res://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc
Line: 225"

The currently installed programs:
There are no programs installed on this computer

Any ideas how I can rectifiy this probelm?

probably a reinstall or repair of windows will help...
