Perhaps this is a bit OT for the 'General Developer Topics' forum.
Anyways, my first question would have to be, what player are you using ?. I'am guessing some version of Windows Media Player or some other Direct show based player. If so, you could try installing an mp3 codec. Like Radium (http://www.riphelp.com/downloads/radium_codec.html), if that doesn't work you could try installing a codec pack, which should contain just about any codec you could possibly need. For example Tsunami filter pack (http://www.divx-digest.com/software/tsunami_pack.html). If that doesn't work then I think your media player is messedup, or the mp3 file may be corrupt. In which case I would suggest installing winamp2.8 and use that instead.
What is that class factory ?
The class factory is part of the mechanism used to load the correct decoder for that particular type of media stream.
