Where can I download a driver for Matrox MGA-G100A-D chipset for win98.
I've searched in google and in matrox.com but haven't found.

Have you checked http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/drivers/latest/home.cfm? That page lists 3 G100's:

Productiva G100
Productiva G100 MMS with TV Tuner
Productiva G100 MMS


Not sure if it's what you are looking for, but the page also indicates that there are no drivers planned for older products, for Win98...
