W2k RAS incoming connections

I need a way to connect/disconnect "incoming connections" of W2k RAS with
API.

I have a serial PPP connections on my server...
My problem is that at windows startup incoming connections raise up too
quickly and I can't run a small applications (shsmode) that use serial.sys
driver because it's already in use by RAS!

I need to stop ras service>run shsmode>start ras service.

It's possible to use API to connect/disconnect RAS interface but this can't
help me ( serial is still in use)

I think it is possible to do this even by stop/run Routing & Remote Access
Service ( incoming connections is stopped automatically)


PLZ, can you help me to know where to find the answere.....
