Resources plz

Hello guys,

I'll be working on VB.Net Shortly... can u guys guide me to resources/downloads which will enable me to learn VB.Net smoothly? I'm Ok with MS Visual Basic 6.0, ASP, MS Visual C++ 6.0 and Java... Will it be difficult 4 me to learn this new technology?
