Dynamic C Gurus

I am checking out the Rabbit 2000 processor which uses Dynamic C. I was hoping to find a guru who is comfortable with using this language. My goal is to use this processor to control a camera via the RS 232 port. Dynamic C does not appear to use the standard interrupt driven model. ZWorld does talk about an RS 232 Library does performs all of the necessary tasks for interrupt driven programs, however, the documentation is sketchy.
