Don't know how to make?? Take some water in a pan. Boil the H-E-L-L out of it. Yeah Joy and cheerful... Mathew Joy May 28th, 2003, 05:36 AM Sure with color it is better. But it looks kiddie or may be girlie - not suited for a serious programmer. hometown May 28th, 2003, 08:58 AM Originally posted by Mathew Joy Sure with color it is better. But it looks kiddie or may be girlie - not suited for a serious programmer. Why do you say it looks kiddie and girlie ? I just donot see it that way or perhaps because I partially believe it is like a way of how to make up something ours--a little bit different from others--rather than to just make it plain which could turn it, now your signature, to be a little boring and not to look special. It sounds fun though, for me:) Moreover, i think a serious programmer is one who has a creative mind, who always tries to look for something new and know how to use what has been existed to make up some other things which are much better and different the old ones... I also use such vb Color and you can also see it in my signature... The fact that I am still bad at programming or my knowledge still, honestly, isnot much enough hasnot allowed me to achieve what I have just said...it is quite a sad thing for me... Girl I meant, the little girls, or those girls who think like little girls, who always like colors no matter where it appears. Serious programmers who turn up with questions or answers won't usually have time to change something which apparently doesn't change the meaning. I just donot see it that way or perhaps because I partially believe it is like a way of how to make up something ours--a little bit different from others--rather than to just make it plain which could turn it, now your signature, to be a little boring and not to look special. It sounds fun though, for me:) Seems like you like to read those jokes they publish in magazines in colors:D Moreover, i think a serious programmer is one who has a creative mind, who always tries to look for something new and know how to use what has been existed to make up some other things which are much better Correct... so far... and additionaly those who come up with ideas when you are in a fix. The fact that I am still bad at programming or my knowledge still, honestly, isnot much enough hasnot allowed me to achieve what I have just said...it is quite a sad thing for me... And you come up the board with little problems. And I noticed that you change the image icon so often as well... I had an image of a little girl with a little problem. If I got it right you are Nina, aren't you? hmm... the girl with a little problem or maybe...little girl with a little problem:) hometown May 29th, 2003, 04:51 PM Nothing "big" really... It is just because I will change anytime I want like poeple change their clothes:D... But I havenot seen anyone who is serious programmer here... By the way it is strange to me that you are an Indian with an English name... Mathew Joy May 30th, 2003, 01:29 AM Originally posted by hometown Nothing "big" really... It is just because I will change anytime I want like poeple change their clothes:D... True... nothing really big. If you can change in a better way its always good. As they say change the man in the mirror... for a better tomorrow. But I havenot seen anyone who is serious programmer here... Perhaps you haven't looked the way you ought to. :) By the way it is strange to me that you are an Indian with an English name... Such names are only common among christians, esp from Kerala. People from a particular community or family have that name added at the end, like Reddy, Gupta, Verma, Singh, Gandhi etc. Most of those people are from northern parts of India. Such names are not common here in Kerala. So next time you see someone from India with an English name don't feel strange:). People out here feel the same as you do when I speak to them because I don't have that typical Indian (regional) accent, since I've picked up a slight British accent. They ask me whether I lived in the US or UK. My lifestyle is also like that. So at times I feel so out of place. Maybe thats why I don't have much friends:(. So much for the info...now back to work ;) hometown May 30th, 2003, 04:36 AM May I ask what time the people in your country go to work every morning and about what time they finish their job in the evening ? Here, in my area, 9am and around 5:30pm, but in some cases people have to stay up late all night till their work is finished... Let me introduce you about me :D Sometimes it will be hard for you to know what time I go to bed and what time I go to school because I am online all the time... Anytime I want to be online...:) So you can say that I am better than those workaholics:) Mathew Joy May 30th, 2003, 08:31 AM So you are a school-going girl, as I guessed. See..., you don't have to show your date-of-birth in-order for others to know your age. I didn't understand your question. But the office time here is just the same 9-5:30. And talking of workaholics...here in Kerala people are generally lazy, esp in the public sector. They come and go at whatever time they choose. India is so diverse that I cannot give general I idea about the people here. So here, I end the discussion about me and India because I feel that this is not the place to discuss such things. As you are aware, this is meant for testing. By the way if you want to know more about India or Kerala, just drop me a mail. I'll be only happy to tell:) hometown May 30th, 2003, 11:20 AM Perhaps you thought I was an employee or someone "similar", which is not...:) I m just now first year student in college and a friend of mine who is now a junior was banned and someone here asked her to --beg him-- in order to be able to get back...I dont like what that guy is thinking at all though I just know alittle about that:). but if I were her, I would never...:)... I really have a nice talk with you ,thank you... Sayonara...mata (bye, see ya) codeguru.com
