For USR modem I found ATD command postfix - @ - when dial such string - "atd123456@;" modem dials number then wait while ringing tones detected. But sometimes modem not detect when ringing tones finished. Is there some commands or registers in USR modems to adjust this feature?

not a answet to your question but "ATDT" is tone dialing..
and "ATAA"-works on my USR modem is for AT Auto Answer, I presume...
You mean if there is no response, the modem still returns RING
RING RING ?
I think you should get a NO CARRIER nessage....
If you tell me more...I might help you out...

Yes, by default ATD dials by pulse but this can be changed in init string.

No you didn't understand - I send command "atdt23433@;" to my modem. Then it will dial 23433 by tone, then wait until somebody answers on other end (modem assumes that somone answers when it can't here dialing tones in line for 5-8 seconds, @ character tells modem to do this). Then modem should say "OK" and leave hook in off state (beacuse of presense ; on the end of command string, in other it will say NO CARRIER and puts hook on). If noone answers on the other end (every 5-8 seconds modem here dialing tones) for a long perid it says NO CARRIER and disconnects line.

see prev.
This all works fine, but not always. I think when man on other end answers too quickly and modem doesn't here any dialing tones, and in this case it waits for the first tone for a 45 seconds then says NO CARRIER and disconnects. And I want to adust modem do not wait 1st dialing tone and if not detected to assume that someone answered. And may be it is impossible to adjust this modem, in this case i'll try other modem, or may be someone know good modems for this?
PS Sorry for my english.
