I think most probably some moderator will move this article to some other section.

My View is software industry is getting settled.. No more all of sudden boom will be there, but there will be a constant requirement but the growth rate of employement may not be equal to the no. of software guys our educational institutes are preparing..
so some may have to starve of job.
