Sorry, I don't really get the chance to play with this new OS WIN2003, from what I knew, it comes with an integrated .net framework. Therefore, does it means the OS is no longer based on NT/2000(WIN32) architecture but fully .NET, hybrid? or still .net over WIN32.

Please enlighten.

It is hybrid... There is Win32 as well as .NET framework. However .NET framework is not build on Win32 there... It is independent...
