Change default file difference viewer in MS-VSS

Hi,

I am used to using the tool "WinMerge" while working with Other source controling softwares like SourceOffsite. For a new project I am using the VSS, is there any possiblity to use "WinMerge" using the VSS instead of "WinDiff" / local tool of VSS.
