Responsibilities
* Architecture, design, documentation, and implementation of J2EE-based applications
* Research and advise on adoption and use of current and emerging technologies
* Training and mentoring of technical and management staff
* Technical leadership
* Project Management
Required Experience
* Experience with enterprise-class system architecture and design using UML
* Minimum of 7 years object-oriented programming experience
* Minimum of 3 years recent J2EE experience including use of JSP, Servlets, EJBs and use of WebSphere application server (WebLogic and Oracle 9i desirable)
* Substantial experience leading and mentoring technical teams
* Project management experience
* Experience with SQL and XML
* Experience with Together ControlCenter desirable
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong team orientation
* Ability to lead technical teams
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* J2EE Enterprise Architect Certification preferred
* Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or applicable four year degree
