Workflow Books

Anyone know of any good books detailing concepts and design of workflow systems. Latest task at work requires about 5 of us to investigate COTS/GOTS workflow packages, pick one, and implement an integrated workflow capability within a system consisting of several applications and database.

Of course no one on our team has prior experience with workflow, and neither does our customer. Yah!!

So does anyone have any favorite workflow books?
