Ok I need some help.
We are using a Windows 2000 server. Small business server. We called are email server rlpayroll.com so our email address are Name@rlpayroll.com

Our company web page is www.rlpayroll.com But we dont host the page on our server.

We can not access the web page. I think haveing the email server the same name is the problem but I dont know. Can anyone help me with this???

Right. You're have name resolution/IP address conflicts. You have two different sources giving out differing IP addresses for the same domain. They aren't wrong, just confusing your client machines.

Change your email domain and email addresses if you're insistent on hosting your email but not your internet domain.

Bad planning there. This isn't an OS issue. It's a basic internet/DNS problem.
