window scrolling

I have two windows in the screen. Both are opened and having same size.

If I scroll the bottom window , the top window also should
get scrolled.

Is there any possibilities.

No inbuilt mechanism in windows...If you are developing your own application you can do it.... or write a plugin for windows to do it...
