Combo Box Appearing Above Javascript Menu [Archive]

I have attached a javascript navigation menu (prewritten and downloaded) in of my html pages. There is drop down combo box just below the menu. While moving mouse on nagigation menu, the combo box is not covered by the sub menu. That is the problem. Is there any method to cover any control including OCX?
