Embedded images in an e-mail from form

Could anyone help me. I am doing a webform that will send an e-mail. In this e-mail I wish to embed a jpeg or gif. The objective is that it will not need to connect to the Internet to view the image!

Does anyone have any help for me on this, or can you point me in the right direction.
