How can I do this in .Net

Hi, Everyone:

I am using the C++ in .Net, and my OS is XP. For the Visual Studio 6, I can add the "Tip of the Day" or "Splash screen" dialog by

Project -> Add to Project -> Compoenents and controls ->Visual C++ Components->"Tip of the Day",

How can I add this kind of "Tip of the Day" to my project in .Net??

Sorry, if this is too simple question, but I am just a new user to the .Net environment.
